My good Friend and Mentor Michael Dlouhy shared the following message with me and now it is my pleasure to share it with all of you.
“A good leader inspires others with confidence in him; a great leader inspires them with confidence in themselves.” ~ unknown
When a great leader falls because of a lack of integrity, it is very painful for all involved. Tearing another person down to build yourself up, only leads to a false impression of yourself.
When someone is tearing others down in front of you this is a guarantee they will do the same to you behind your back. Ultimately you will crash and burn from your lack of character.
The question is:
Would You Want This Person As Your Sponsor ?
Life can give us challenges in many areas of our life. How we handle those challenges ourselves and who helps us, can determine our success or failure. Loyalty to do the right thing enters into all decisions. Friendships built on loyalty and trust are like support beams for a foundation.
A foundation is the beginning. This applies to your marriage, your friendships, your home and your business. If you build them correctly, they will sustain you your lifetime. If you build carelessly everything will crumble around you. Continue reading The Fall Of A Leader »

Endurance – the power to withstand hardship or stress. Regardless of our goal in life, we all need Staying Power.
We need to make sure we do things to the best of our ability every time and not worry about if something bad happens. Never forget that it’s not what happens, but how we respond to what happens, that will have the greatest impact on our lives.
One of the most common causes of failure is the tendency to quit when we feel overcome with defeat. I believe that every one of us is guilty of this at one time or another.
I have come to realize how important it is to have something to hold on to; something to help us to be strong when it seems that the weight of the world is pressing down on our shoulders; that one thing that, when we think we’re at the end of our rope, gives us the strength to take one more step towards our success. Mentoring is the act of helping others learn.
It requires:
Mutual trust, developed as a result of mutual respect;
Commitment to growth and discovery, through support and challenge;
Openness to give and receive feedback;
Commitment to action and results, the ability to make it happen
In addition to being a Success Coach and Mentor, I am also a Network Marketer. In fact, what makes me a better coach and mentor is that I’ve made all of the same mistakes as most Network Marketers, jumped in too fast, for all the wrong reasons, didn’t read the companies policies before checking the box, made the list of my friends and family; in other words, I have walked in the proverbial shoes of every Network Marketer out here!
